After Supper

After Supper came from an image in my head of a dining table in an old house — the kind that feels like my grandma’s, even if it isn’t hers exactly. I wanted to capture that quiet, nostalgic feeling that comes after everyone’s finished eating, when the room is still warm and the light starts to fade. The charcoal made it feel soft and hazy, like a memory you can almost step back into.
